Interview madness

In the last two weeks, I've had two interviews, looking for a job closer to home than the one I have. Apparently, I suck at being interviewed.
The first interview, last week, was a double interview (e.g. Two interviews in a row) and took about an hour. I was told I'd hear back within a couple of days. As of today, I had heard nothing, so I stopped by. They said that the person in charge was on the sales floor and couldn't look at applications until later. This person supposadly had questions for me, and so I obviouslly said that it was fine for her to call me later. She hasn't called.
The second interview was today, and was with two people at the same time. They seemed really nice, and I thought that I had actually done well in the interview for a change, even though it only took a half hour. But it seems that I messed up somehow because I already got an email saying thanks for interviewing, but all positions have been filled.
So I just wonder what the heck I did wrong. I always seem to get to the interview stage, and then get turned down. To me, that seems to say that I am really bad at interviewing. Which is stupid, and upsetting.
